The board of directors of Oil and Gas Development Company Limited has been reconstituted. According to a notice sent to Karachi Stock Exchange, Fahd Shaikh, Dr Kaiser Bengali, Senator Mir Wali Muhammad Badini, Syed Masieh-ul-Islam and Nasir Mehmood Khoso have been appointed as new directors on the board of OGDC.

These new directors replace Rafique Dawood, Tariq Iqbal Khan, Iskandar Mohammad Khan, Waqar A Malik and Sikandar Hayat Jamali.
